How we work

Research, experiment, careful release

A short, deliberate process. We keep a human in control and release only when the behavior is reliable and verified.

  1. 1. Research

We study the behavior in depth, frame the question precisely, and measure before we claim.

  2. 2. Experiment

We build codenamed experiments and test them step by step, keeping what holds up to evidence and discarding what does not.

  3. 3. Careful release

We release only when the system verifies its own work and keeps a person in control, and never before we understand how it behaves at its limits.

Responsible autonomy

Autonomy without control is not a goal in itself. We design every system to recognize its limits, know when to stop, and hand control back to a person when the decision warrants it.
